Ben Hogan has handled catastrophic injury litigation in 25 states over the past 40 years. He was the first chair of the Product Liability Section of what is now the American Association for Justice, and is past president of both the Southern Trial Lawyers and the Alabama chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
